Easy Gift Card Delivery

Eliminate the need for gift givers to forward digital gift card notification emails to the lucky recipient — let this app take care of it for them.

How It Works

  • Your customer, the gift card purchaser, receives the standard gift card notification email from Shopify
  • We add a link to this email that adds enables our app's feature
  • The purchaser can click this link to enter the recipient's email address and select a date and time to deliver the gift card — any time in the next 365 days (or select "now")
  • Our system will automatically email the recipient a link to the gift card on the date and time selected.
  • For privacy and security, the recipient email and name is only collected AFTER the purchase is complete. We do NOT collect the recipient's email on the product page.

App Requirements and Details

  • Gift card compatible Shopify plan (this app does not add the ability to sell gift cards)
  • Compatible with our other gift card apps or can be used on its own with a Shopify plan that includes gift cards
  • Customers enter recipient's email after purchase is complete due to security and privacy concerns
  • Works with all Shopify plans with gift cards
  • Gift cards can be sent on the quarter hour (:00, :15, :30 or :45 after the hour) in any time zone
  • Customers can still use the existing gift card email notification and links if needed
  • Plan includes up to 500 gift card notifications per month. For stores that exceed this count, contact us for bulk pricing options
  • Gift cards can also be scheduled to be sent right away (typically within a few minutes)

    I switched from Rise.ai to this app after using Rise for 2 years. This app offers the same gift card service at a fraction of the cost. Setup was simple, and I had a small issue a month after installing. I submitted a support ticket and responded a response and solution within 30 minutes of my submission on a Saturday. Consider me a forever customer!

    Great plugin! Although the process of this plugin seems somewhat clunky, after contacting Shopify I learnt that due to it's architecture and issues around security, there is unfortunately no other solution to having gift cards sent to recipients. This is the next best thing, and is still a straight forward flow. Highly recommened these guys, as not only are their plugins great, but their customer support team is second to none. Pete has been extremely helpful for us and gone above and beyond, even implementing custom code for us!
