Very helpful support team. Had a simple issue and they promptly scheduled a meeting to solve the problem. App is very easy to use and does exactly as advertised.

I use this app to help us sync our Etsy and Shopify shops. The app works very well so long as you have a consistent SKU system for your listings. In case of problems, they have very responsive and helpful customer service!

I am just out of the free trial period and am happy with how the app works, once I got the settings right. I already have my shop synced to Ebay and to have it also synced to my Etsy store will save me loads of time. I have the same products listed across the 3 platforms, so now, when my Shopify product sells on Shopify or on Ebay, it will also adjust the inventory in my Etsy store. And I will no longer have to copy and paste the listings from scratch as the app will import them to Etsy for me, and I just have to tweak the listings a little. The app support team was very prompt to get back to me twice to sort out the problems I was having with the settings, both times responding to me within the hour, even on a weekend. And I would absolutely love if someone in app development could work out how to link multiple Etsy stores to Shopify, it would make my life so much simpler.

This app is awesome! It really does what it's supposed to do. Very easy to navigate and the customer support is excellent!

Very User Friendly! I have tried more than 10 other sync apps and this one is THE BEST! Here are the pros: It shows what is synced and you can easily see what product it's synced to, you can easily filter to see what is left to sync, you can list a product on Shopify or Etsy, it's mapping is in common language, not IT lingo. I was hesitant to try this app based on the reviews, but I'm so glad I did! The only con I've seen is: the search filter doesn't seem to keep it's filter when going to a different page. I'm in IT (full time day job) so I can appreciate the common language, and navigation, and filter options this app provides. I cannot imagine trying to map products with the other apps I've tried if you aren't familiar with code language. Thank you for providing a user friendly, functional and fully transparent app!

So far, the best app I've found for the price. I had an issue and I got a response from customer support immediately. The agent was kind and helped me clarify what I needed to do.

Have to say although I am still getting used to the app and testing it (so far it looks and feels great), the customer service is outstanding. I contacted live chat, within minutes Sridhar had set up a screen sharing session so he could see what i was confused with and they helped me get it right. FIRST CLASS SERVICE, THANKS!
