The automap feature will stop responding after 50 products. The bulk import option is also limited to 10 product at a time. If you have a large store, this will be an issue. The developers do not know how to resolve this.
Very User Friendly! I have tried more than 10 other sync apps and this one is THE BEST! Here are the pros: It shows what is synced and you can easily see what product it's synced to, you can easily filter to see what is left to sync, you can list a product on Shopify or Etsy, it's mapping is in common language, not IT lingo. I was hesitant to try this app based on the reviews, but I'm so glad I did! The only con I've seen is: the search filter doesn't seem to keep it's filter when going to a different page. I'm in IT (full time day job) so I can appreciate the common language, and navigation, and filter options this app provides. I cannot imagine trying to map products with the other apps I've tried if you aren't familiar with code language. Thank you for providing a user friendly, functional and fully transparent app!
App is easy to use and any issues I had were handled by support quickly. My only issue is not all orders sync correctly so I have to manually change inventory so it updates in other platforms. But this has only happened a few times. Overall, one of the most user-friendly of the apps I use.
It's a bit slow and buggy but in time things are getting fixed and working. It's a good deal for the price.
App does what it is supposed to and for a relatively small price, lower than most competitors. Support is also helpful.

Excellent App for Etsy Integration. It is designed with a very logical user interface. A delight to use!
I contacted the developer and outlined the following 4 errors and they responded saying that the four issues were fixed and three of them are not. Spent (wasted) quite a bit of time trying to get the app to work. Don't recommend it. Automap still not working - My Etsy store has 50 active products and the automapping only sees 34, I manually mapped one product so, now 35 are synced. Still not resolved - When on the Dashboard, why is it importing products that are set to 'draft' in Shopify? Even after removing them, they keep reappearing with every automapping. Still not resolved - On the Dashboard - when on the bottom the filter is set for 100 products and a product is mapped/edited, why does the filter go back to default? https://etsync.waytoapps.com/public/etsylisting
Why does it not stay at 100? https://etsync.waytoapps.com/public/etsylisting?&rows=100 Resolved - Why is there no indication when automapping is completed? A yellow box showing progress appears and then disappears, no confirmation dialog stating that automapping has been completed.
Thank you for your feedback. Regarding 'Draft' products, we have not removed draft products from our app before you perform auto mapping. That is the reason draft products are visible for you. Now Automap will not import draft products. On the Dashboard - showing 10 even after changing the limit to 100 is fixed now. Regarding indication of completion of automapping is already fixed and you have confirmed the same over email.

Very good and helpful support team. i was assisted with certain issues when it came to listing my product.
It does an okay job of importing product listings to Etsy. Most of the Shopify information transfers seamlessly. Only a few tweaks on the Etsy side. This app is extremely strict with the number of symbols that you can use in your titles, the number of hashtags you have on each product and the amount of letters in the tags. If it does not meet the Etsy standards, the product won't import. IT IS SLOW! Very SLOW! Title and description edits sync automatically from the Shopify dashboard to Etsy, pictures need to be changed in the Etsy app, edits to pictures/order of pictures do no automatically sync. Customer service is the worst, of any Shopify app I have ever used. Trying to get help when someone is actually online is useless. I have had to troubleshoot every problem on my own. Orders come over from Etsy with pending payment message, that can not be located in Etsy, these do count against your total orders. When I asked support about these orders they said those kinds of orders are not imported by the app, I gave them the order numbers and they stopped responding. ( probably the app placing non existent orders so that you have to start paying more) Support actually stops responding every time there is an issue, then I have to troubleshoot on my own. There are actually too many problems with the app to list. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
