I have been searching for this kind of app for years, I highly recommend this app, i love their customer service too. very helpful.Excellent work guys.

I purchased this application about a week ago. It does not automatically sync as advertised. Yesterday I sold an item on Etsy and the order does not appear on my shopify store. Also - the application does not know the status of my already processed orders. In short, the sync is a mess! I would not recommend to use it today. I have reported the issue to support. I reported this issue earlier and they appeared to fix it. . .. obviously they just ran the sync in the background, and even then, their application does not know that the sync happened. . . I will update this again if support can fix it. . . I will update

Update…. I mothballed my store for a couple of years. I started back up and had a sale this morning on Shopify. Etsy inventory not updated. :(. I’m going to look for alternatives.

App is easy to use and any issues I had were handled by support quickly. My only issue is not all orders sync correctly so I have to manually change inventory so it updates in other platforms. But this has only happened a few times. Overall, one of the most user-friendly of the apps I use.

Spent so much time mapping my products and getting everything set up only to find out that it does not sync inventory or orders automatically. You have to write to support each time and they push it over manually. Support answers quickly to solve the symptom but never fixes the actual problem.

I've tried this app two different times now and it still does not work properly. I want to cancel but they do not make it easy. Beware.

App does what it is supposed to and for a relatively small price, lower than most competitors. Support is also helpful.

Hello from Deutschland =) This app is better and cheaper then all other. But thats not all, you have a mega nice support team, that really helps you out with an issue. So nice !!! we love that app. Dont waste money and time on other apps. Buy that shit now. Cheers Tony

I've been using the app for about a month now and i am constantly having the same issue where my orders from etsy aren't synching to my shopify store. Which is a HUGE problem to me. I need my inventory to be the same on both platforms. I've contacted support 3 times about the same issue already, they manually fix it every time but why does it keep happening? Sometimes the order syncs automatically, sometimes it takes a few minutes or even hours, and sometimes it doesn't sync at all. It's getting quite annnoying and I'm really considering finding another app at this point because it's enerving having the same issue over and over again especially when you're paying for this service. And their customer support sucks big time!

Hi,

You started using our app since 1 month and you got the issue 3 times and in that 2 issue are with your product/variant mapping which you had to fix from your side and another time happened due to some server issue. However when ever you have reached out to us we responded promptly and fixed your issues. Also for this reasons you have asked app for 2 months free which is not fair at all. Finally you have asked for the refund and we immediately accepted for that. We are continuously working for betterment of the app. Our support team was available whenever you need.

It's early days as I have only been using this app for about a week now but it seems to be doing what I want which is to share product sales and inventory between Etsy and Shopify. So far so good!
