Saw this app and had high hopes. installed it and set it up - as a trial account you get a max of 10 listings which I thought would be good to get myself up and running with how the app worked and how I list items.

Linked everything with Etsy and started to list items.

Now dont get me wrong the layout of this app is A+ its easy its good and anyone could understand it.

Now why the 1 start review - it basically fails to list items on Etsy even tho it says it has. The item just never shows up in Etsy or within the synced items within the App itself.

The app gives no feedback as to why the listing failed (apart from saying its listed the item - which it hasn't)

At first I thought it was something I was doing wrong so I reached out to support - they were fast - but gave me zero idea as to what was going wrong - and even after following what they said the item still failed to list twice and on the 3rd time went though. I can only think they did something on the backend.

so in conclusion - great app - but it doesn't work. not to a point where you can trust it to just get the job done and list the products without having to mess around.

If the app ever gets fixed - offers more logs as to what went wrong - rather than just saying item listed - then I would love to try it again and hopefully buy into this to get my listings into Etsy - but at the moment its just not worth the expense and frustration

The app doesn't sync automatically when there are existing products in both Etsy and Shopify with matching SKUs. I reached out support but they were disinterested in their tone and I was fobbed off - despite being told they would 'ask their manager and get back to me', they never did.

This app is not intuitive to use and more of a hassle than it is worth.

Very disappointing, their support e-mail does not respond. All of the other Shopify apps I use has very responsive support. I am hoping they will read my rating and contact me.

2/2/24 Update: I got an email from the company asking me to "Kindly requesting you please update your review." My review is still the same because the app service did not improve as there are many inconsistencies and bugs. Hope you enjoy this update.

Cant edit in app making it a pain to go back & forth untill it is right for etsy. It needs ALOT of work before it is user friendly & useable

This did not function in any way shape of form on our website.
Did not sync inventory - did not import orders, did not notify when an order is placed, etc.

I cannot recommend this app at all.

Spent so much time mapping my products and getting everything set up only to find out that it does not sync inventory or orders automatically. You have to write to support each time and they push it over manually. Support answers quickly to solve the symptom but never fixes the actual problem.

After the App wasn´t working as expected, I contacted the Developer, had Video calls with them and explained every single issue. Most of the issues where fixed by the them. But 2 major issues, Bulk Upload and Tracking ID Sync aren´t working after months. I tried to contact the developer again to ask about the status of Tracking ID sync. They stopped responding me. The overall review after many months of use is just disapointing.

I've been using the app for about a month now and i am constantly having the same issue where my orders from etsy aren't synching to my shopify store. Which is a HUGE problem to me. I need my inventory to be the same on both platforms. I've contacted support 3 times about the same issue already, they manually fix it every time but why does it keep happening? Sometimes the order syncs automatically, sometimes it takes a few minutes or even hours, and sometimes it doesn't sync at all. It's getting quite annnoying and I'm really considering finding another app at this point because it's enerving having the same issue over and over again especially when you're paying for this service. And their customer support sucks big time!

Hi,

You started using our app since 1 month and you got the issue 3 times and in that 2 issue are with your product/variant mapping which you had to fix from your side and another time happened due to some server issue. However when ever you have reached out to us we responded promptly and fixed your issues. Also for this reasons you have asked app for 2 months free which is not fair at all. Finally you have asked for the refund and we immediately accepted for that. We are continuously working for betterment of the app. Our support team was available whenever you need.
