Etsy Integration ‑ ShopList

The automap feature will stop responding after 50 products. The bulk import option is also limited to 10 product at a time. If you have a large store, this will be an issue. The developers do not know how to resolve this.

This did not function in any way shape of form on our website.
Did not sync inventory - did not import orders, did not notify when an order is placed, etc.

I cannot recommend this app at all.

I use this app to help us sync our Etsy and Shopify shops. The app works very well so long as you have a consistent SKU system for your listings. In case of problems, they have very responsive and helpful customer service!

App is easy to use and any issues I had were handled by support quickly. My only issue is not all orders sync correctly so I have to manually change inventory so it updates in other platforms. But this has only happened a few times. Overall, one of the most user-friendly of the apps I use.

Spent so much time mapping my products and getting everything set up only to find out that it does not sync inventory or orders automatically. You have to write to support each time and they push it over manually. Support answers quickly to solve the symptom but never fixes the actual problem.

I found the App and it was easy to install. Then, when I needed some help, they responded immediately, which is so important. Then the took the time I needed in real time to walk me through the use of the APP for my e-commerce store . I am very impressed and grateful for such good customer service! Highly recommend.

Very disappointing, their support e-mail does not respond. All of the other Shopify apps I use has very responsive support. I am hoping they will read my rating and contact me.

2/2/24 Update: I got an email from the company asking me to "Kindly requesting you please update your review." My review is still the same because the app service did not improve as there are many inconsistencies and bugs. Hope you enjoy this update.

I am really happy that I am using this app, saves so much time and simple to us. Had a minor problem and the Support was Instant by Narasimha V. Would recommend to any one especially as It saves so much time.

I am just out of the free trial period and am happy with how the app works, once I got the settings right. I already have my shop synced to Ebay and to have it also synced to my Etsy store will save me loads of time. I have the same products listed across the 3 platforms, so now, when my Shopify product sells on Shopify or on Ebay, it will also adjust the inventory in my Etsy store. And I will no longer have to copy and paste the listings from scratch as the app will import them to Etsy for me, and I just have to tweak the listings a little. The app support team was very prompt to get back to me twice to sort out the problems I was having with the settings, both times responding to me within the hour, even on a weekend. And I would absolutely love if someone in app development could work out how to link multiple Etsy stores to Shopify, it would make my life so much simpler.

I contacted the developer and outlined the following 4 errors and they responded saying that the four issues were fixed and three of them are not. Spent (wasted) quite a bit of time trying to get the app to work. Don't recommend it. Automap still not working - My Etsy store has 50 active products and the automapping only sees 34, I manually mapped one product so, now 35 are synced. Still not resolved - When on the Dashboard, why is it importing products that are set to 'draft' in Shopify? Even after removing them, they keep reappearing with every automapping. Still not resolved - On the Dashboard - when on the bottom the filter is set for 100 products and a product is mapped/edited, why does the filter go back to default? https://etsync.waytoapps.com/public/etsylisting
