WARNING!!! ZOMBIE APP - ZERO Customer Service

I have 1 response for 1 month of trying to reach this "team" in all that is (6 emails, FB chats and 1 Shopify Escalation to the Devs) and I still can't remove this app from my store.

Not only was this app ineffective but after trying to cancel my service it took 10 days for anyone to respond to me. Even Worse is that after removing the app the pop-up still appeared on my site. If customers entered their info on the ShopMessage Pop-up they got a "Bad Gateway" error.

I contacted Shopify support but no one could help me. I was directed to message the developer again and then decided to try to find another way to solve this problem - I tried to de-authorize the app on Facebook but it's like a zombie that won't die.

EVEN after removing the authorization on Facebook it still is appearing on my site but if you want to remove authorization on FB - here's how;

Click your profile picture in the top right of Facebook.
Select Settings & privacy, then click Settings.
Click Security and login in the left menu.
Click Apps and Websites in the left menu.
Scroll down to Preferences, then next to Apps, websites and games, click Turn Off.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Which is a shame as the App has potential to be very good. I installed it and the dashboard was easy to use, and I started getting some ROI, however, there was obviously an error with the install as after I closed down the dashboard - I couldn't access it again (it just kept loading a blank page). I contacted them several times and they just kept sending me links of "How to make it work" all the links directed me to the "dashboard". Happy to change this review if they can fix the problem.

By far the worst messenger app I have seen on Shopify. Nothing works. Welcome series cannot even be deployed at its simplest form. A complete waste of time to even try. I suggest they go back to their basics to get things proper.
