Mobile App Builder ‑ Shopney

Kyle was very helpful and attentive to my request. I totally recommend Shopney to everyone. So far, we have developed 4 apps with them and it might be some more in the near future.

This is one of the best companies I've ever worked with. The customer support is THE absolute best I've ever received. Hazel is AMAZING along with the rest of the team, everyone is so willing to help and make everything easy. Honestly they put you in a good mood with how positive they are! Shopney works perfectly with our Shopify store, I've been very surprised how good everything looks and how smooth it is. If you're not sure if this App builder is for you here are some things to consider from a long-time user;

It's easy to setup and design.
It looks nice and it's easy for customers to use
It's very basic, don't expect anything fancy, even with the highest-paid tier.
There is no option to offer cart deals or sales incentives besides discounts and loyalty on the highest tier.
It does not integrate with the new Shopify customer login update (2024) making customers confused and annoyed.
There is zero analytics.
The App has issues with Paypal and Android
If your store becomes popular, you will outgrow this APP and its limited features fast.
If you have issues with Google etc and setting up the APP they will tell you to fix it yourself, don't expect any help.
Customer service is okay for basic issues.

I love how easy the app is to design and I love the support. Everyone is very helpful . I had a lot of questions and they helped me with each and every thing. App is smooth and better than any other apps that I have tried so far.

Top-notch customer support by far , ive never felt so assured that they could handle my problems. But Serena and the team were so helpful and made the setting up of the app so easy. Thanks for helping us with our iOS and Play Store submission
