Shopney ‑ Mobile App Builder

Working with Shopney over the past two weeks has been an absolute pleasure. Lara, in particular, has been a rockstar, guiding our business through every step of designing and launching our new retail app. Transitioning from CS felt overwhelming at first, but Lara’s patience and expertise made the process a breeze. She walked me through each step, making everything feel simple and manageable. This has hands down been one of the best experiences we've had—highly recommend Shopney!

Kyle was very helpful and attentive to my request. I totally recommend Shopney to everyone. So far, we have developed 4 apps with them and it might be some more in the near future.

If you're not sure if this App builder is for you here are some things to consider from a long-time user;

It's easy to setup and design.
It looks nice and it's easy for customers to use
It's very basic, don't expect anything fancy, even with the highest-paid tier.
There is no option to offer cart deals or sales incentives besides discounts and loyalty on the highest tier.
It does not integrate with the new Shopify customer login update (2024) making customers confused and annoyed.
There is zero analytics.
The App has issues with Paypal and Android
If your store becomes popular, you will outgrow this APP and its limited features fast.
If you have issues with Google etc and setting up the APP they will tell you to fix it yourself, don't expect any help.
Customer service is okay for basic issues.

Appears to be very easy integration, quick and convenient. It has all that is necessary for D2C App. Not ready yet for full B2B features, but the Support Team has the right attitude in listing to feedback.

Easy to create and great customer service. We are in the process of having our app published, but everything so far is off to a great start.

We were planning to launch our 2nd app & for this app as well shopney was our 1st choice as we have been using shopney for more than 3 year on our other store with 0 downtime & 0 issues, they've a great customer support in which Melissa is always there to answer any kind of questions we have. They always listen to the recommendations & add those developments in their roadmap, it's hard to find such SaaS company who have top notch development team and customer support.
