No Matter how good the app is, if it doesn't have good customer support, it can be biggest pain for any non-tech background entrepreneur to use it. So Thank you Melissa for your wonderful support.

its not only they have great product, I am so happy from the customer support that they have! in and out of working hours they always give me all the support! all my questions with details! am really enjoying the support! and feel like its a family!

I was quite happy with this app until we ran into constant problems with the discount codes. We had to pull two arranged discount campaigns as help didnt' come back to us fast enough and when WE thought we had fixed it ourselves it's happened now again and we've had to pull a third campaign because it could be hours again before someone helps. This is probably the only reason I would delete this App, other than that it's really good but I have no confidence in the discounts working.

We reviewed several different vendors for our Mobile App needs and chose Shopney as we felt that was the best fit for our needs. Before we went with them, they gave us two live demos (some of the others sent only videos and never followed up with us again) and answered all of our questions. Before we chose them, we had follow-up emails to double-check our needs.

Once we opened up the account with them, they built the app for us so we could see how it worked and we only needed to make adjustments to it. They then walk you through every step of how to add the integrations and how to publish it to Apple and Google. When there was a problem with getting the App published, they took care of it.

They have excellent support and one of their team members always gets back to me quickly.

Its A great app. I absolutely love it, Its been few days already and the process is going smooth, I am very glad to choose them. Shout out to Melissa, she is very helpful on every step of the process. Thank you shopney, am looking forward to launching my app soon.

So far this experience been absolutely incredible. I searched a very long time finding the right app to publish my store on and I am so glad I chose them. Very helpful, walk you through everything and they don't sit back and let you waste you trial period. They help you push through publishing and getting it done so it doesn't go to waste. As this stuff can be tedious and hard for people, plus, take a while to get all the necessary information, I am glad they have the team to help through it all.
