We have had a lovely experience with Shopney--The app is easy to build/design and customer service is always so helpful. Our customers seem to appreciate the convenience of the app and I think it helps to build more sales. I like that customers can easily ask us questions and we can also send out app notifications as well.
Launch was quick and easy, and the ongoing support has been nothing short of spectacular! The platform is well developed and free from bugs and odd nuance in both the the admin and customer interfaces.
