I’ve tried quite a few chat apps, and Shopily Guide is by far the best! Super easy to set up and run. The recommendations are pretty good, and the interface is user-friendly. Plus, they offer the most affordable plans out there. Thanks for making our work so much easier!
We’ve been using Shopily Guide for a while, and it’s proven to be a valuable addition to our store. It has consistently helped boost our e-commerce conversion rate and allowed us to direct our customer service efforts more effectively. It’s like having a dedicated sales expert with instant knowledge of our entire catalog. Even our most experienced employees don’t match the depth of product knowledge this integration offers.
The product recommendations and responses to customer questions have been solid so far, with some interactions being particularly impressive. Excited to see the impact this can have on our business moving forward.
Shopily Guide has been an excellent addition to our site. Since installing it, customers can instantly find answers to frequently asked questions without waiting for a team response. While there are a few minor issues we hope to see resolved, the team has been very responsive to our questions and feature requests.
