I really like this chatbot. It was very easy to train it on the content of our website, and I also appreciate the option to upload additional documents to expand its knowledge. The answers have been accurate and relevant, and overall it works very well for our needs. I’m very satisfied with it. Thank you!

This is the best AI chat/search app available. It looks like real support people are answering the questions from customers. The answers provided are 100% correct as they are combining website content with AI data. The developers are very open for feedback and suggestions. Till now we are very satisfied.
I am impressed by the answers given by the chatbot to clients' questions: our staff couldn't have answered better! Most people think that they were chatting with a human.

We were extremely skeptical of AI chat solutions in general - we'd tried a few and been burned hard on the immense training needed. Not so with Shoply AI - this app is set up to read our Shopify data seamlessly, and is incredibly easy to update and maintain.
