I switched to this app from another similar app that kept messing up my orders and wouldn't stayed synced to my inventory which was causing a lot of issues. I've had very minimal issues with this app and when I do have them or questions the customer service is EXCELLENT. I've never had better service on a shopify app and I've been doing this for 6 years. Takes awhile to set up and the limited categories suck when you have a wide variety of products but other than that I love this app.

It took 4 months of consistent effort from our end and the shopping feed support end to have our feeds in order. Andy had to get involved, and we had to really persevere. Why did we stick at it? Here's why:

1. I have tried every single app that does feeds via shopify and this app is the best by a long mile
-- Most flexibility with listing settings
-- Supports ebay templates
-- Supports 2 way ebay order syncing
-- Allows you to export the feed and manually create your own with google shopping (which is what we ended up doing)
-- Supports most Australian marketplaces
-- Has a good way of dealing with multi-SKU issues

2. Other apps have far poorer support / do not care (especially godatafeed) - and have really poor interfaces, and are not as committed to improvement

3. Sopify / marketplace integrations are pivotal to success of your store without this, you are walking on one leg. And the pain is worth it to get a setup that you dont touch for a little while after setting up

4. I am now a feed expert (especially with Google shopping feeds

Completely understand some of the negative reviews here, but I can also see how a bit (or a lot) of effort in our case is worthwhile in the long run

So legit! Does most of what channel advisor does, but at a fraction of the cost. Some limitations, but overall amazing. It's helped me connect myluvbox.com to Amazon.com and Ebay.com with ease.

Wow, what can I say? Shopping Feed single-handedly saved my business from closing. By taking our shop inventory and sending it to eBay and Amazon, I now essentially have 3 shops instead of one. Many of our items sell WAY faster on eBay, or on Amazon, or both. Sales spiked as soon as I started sending product to the marketplaces via Shopping Feed. Not just a recommended app... an ESSENTIAL app for ecommerce. Customer service is top notch too. A+

Words Can Not Describe the great experience that Drew has provided me in setting up and using this App. He has been there for me through thick and thin and helped me (Hands On) to assure that my products were ready for Amazon. Drew has taught me that no question is a stupid question and has the patience that most people do not have when dealing with customers.
I would recommend this application to anyone that is going to use any of these channels that Shopping Feed offer, but the key to your success is reaching out and taking advantage of the excellent Customer Support that Drew has to offer.
The most amazing fact about Drew is that if he doesn't have the solution, he reaches out to the Development Team to try to get the solution. That is above and beyond the normal with any app that I have used.
It doesn't matter if you are a newbie or a seasoned computer person, he is there for you and that is what makes the experience so wonderful.

I usually do not like to write review or do not write review until I have used an app very fluently. At the end, I forget to write review. That is my problem. I will recommend this app for several reasons. I like the customer services. Questions are always answered within short period of time. The function of the apps are very important. It links so many of my selling channel accounts together. That saves me a lot time as well. Although I have not used all of the functions yet, I will recommend it to others. There is one thing I forget to mention. I did spend a lot of time looking for other similar apps until I found Shopping Feed. Hope my review can help you make decision to at least try this app first. You can ask for trial extension as well!!!! That is awesome.

Shoppingfeed has allowed me to grow at a much faster pace than I have been able to do with Amazon previously. The app has been far better than others I've tried and their customer service goes beyond supporting the app to actually helping you understand what Amazon is looking for and how to resolve issues you are having with your listings on Amazon. Definitely recommend if you want to grow.

Shopping Feed service and software is top-notch, using it for several yrs now. It has simplified our workflow with marketplaces and issues are addressed within 24hrs. Looking forward to the new marketplaces they add on.

Love this app! We transitioned from Shopify's Google Shopping App recently to build out a more diverse product feed for our product variants and images.
