Outstanding App that makes selling on Amazon easy. Once everything is set up, you have zero involvement with managing Amazon. Everything you do is done through your existing Shopify website. So easy to manage selling on various platforms. The customer service and technical support you receive is outstanding. They will work with you to make your ecommerce world as simple as possible. If you can dream it up, they will find a way to make it work for you.
I highly recommend this app as your solution for selling on multiple channels and getting your product out to the masses!

Great app to get your products out to multiple marketplaces. Syncs product info and orders back to Shopify. This is great for us, Shopify them fulfills through amazon FBA.

Setup is a little tricky however the tech support has been super!!!

Love this app! We transitioned from Shopify's Google Shopping App recently to build out a more diverse product feed for our product variants and images. Drew and Andy are very more knowledgable about product feeds and provide much better support than even the most patient Shopify support reps. We are very pleased with the level of personal support and amount of customization possible.

Greate app to help us scale with multi-channel expansion. A must-have for any store owner at scale. The support team is top-notch and responsible.

We used this app specifically for Google Shopping and Bing Ads Shopping channels. In particular we needed the use of rules to apply to our product feed that would be separate from our actual Shopify store. While this application requires technical knowledge to setup and get going, the customer service team is very helpful, patient and willing to walk you through each and every step as needed. I had lots of questions and they are always fast to respond and take the time to follow up to make sure everything is resolved. Overall I was able to get things working correctly much easier than expected and the use of this app has saved us lots of time and resources to get our shopping channels running smoothly. Thank you!

New to this app but so far love it. Creating a Google shopping feed looked very complicated to me as I'm new to the computer world and this app helped me to get my products on Google shopping with ease. This sounds cliche but its true, I tried another app here on Shopify and was less than pleased with the results. I had a few questions and Drew the technician helped me out quite a lot. So far, super good and loving this app.

Shopping Feed is an incredible product with world class customer support.

I searched for months to find the solutions that Shopping Feed offers. We started seeing results immediately after installing.

After a quick onboarding, I knew how to navigate their dashboard with a robust amount of features. Being able to set conditional rules, select and deselect products, and ensure our business was humming along across many different marketplaces.

The customer service is top notch - Drew especially. They are quick to answer questions, quick to help you find solutions, and generally much more helpful (and knowledgeable about their product) than many similar software companies in the industry.

As for drawbacks, there really aren't a ton. The site is copied over from a French version, so there are sometimes some strange translations, and the back end sometimes gets a little slow and isn't incredibly responsive, but not in any way that affects usability. These also seem to be things they are committed to improving going forward.

The price for the app has paid for itself many times over. If you're looking for something to help you take total control of your site across eBay, Amazon, and other marketplaces, Shopping Feed is what you want.

This app is a must have for any serious ecommerce seller. It seamlessly syncs your products to the best sales channels you can find, keeping inventory across them all in sync, and imports any orders made outside of Shopify into your Shopify fulfillment queue. You just fulfill like normal in Shopify, and everything is done automatically. Best customer support I have encountered in 20 years, which is important because of how much you can do with the platform.

If you take your selling seriously, you sell on external channels like Amazon, ebay, Google, etc. If you REALLY take it seriously, you do it all with Shopping Feed

EDIT: Drew at Shopping Feed is a rockstar, yet another great support experience. I had problems at first connecting to Amazon seller central, but support helped me find what was missing in my Amazon account. EDIT2: Found a bug on Chrome, but was just my adblocker being fussy. Thanks Mark!

Works great for us in getting accurate feeds to the marketplaces we use - Amazon, Google Shopping, Sears, eBay ......

You need to make the effort to get the correct data points in to the app - but once you learn how Shopping Feed works it is an asset to your business.
