Great customer service, we use it to list our brands products on ebay and amazon, sometimes there are hiccups due to the platforms changing requirements but they have great customer service and always immediately take care of any issues

We love using this app. It has made our life so much easier being able to integrate so many channels into one. We also really appreciate the customer service provided. From emails to online chat, everyone is always super helpful and kind (specifically Max!).

This app is a game changer for anyone wanting to sell on Amazon, Etsy, or other channels. Easily has saved us thousands of hours by automating our listing creations. Oleg is fantastic and easily the best support staff of any company I have ever worked with.

Does not get any better than Shopping Feed. They have your back with fast support. Data feeds can be complicated, but this crew are on it 100% all the time. They want to help you get the most out of their app. I wish all app companies were this good.

So we decided to bring our items over to Amazon and tried a few different feeds and methods of bringing my product over. Then I did a Shopify Apps Search - al little reluctant, I started emailing a few of what looked like to be reputable companies...I'm always wary of using some thing 3rd Party.
Drew responded in a way that I can understand and trust, and started our dialogue.
Bottom line...these guys are the real deal. They fixed errors, updated product; were diligent about everything and their communication was excellent; Looking forward to adding more channels.

We have been VERY Impressed with Shopping Feed. The APP helped relieve the frustration of selling Items in Amazon. Its error correcting functionality is incredibly effective. We saw results immediately and within days we decreased posting errors to almost zero. The fact that can push products to about every other channel out there is just a bonus. We have 3 connections and they have all worked flawlessly. The support has been Excellent!

Andy at Shopping Feed has gone over and above a businesses call to action. He has been responsive, timely and thorough, and has doggedly worked with Amazon to fix issues until they were resolved. I am now enjoying the fruits of his labor, which have exceeded my expectations.

The team at Shopping Feed has been the best. They're quick to respond and fix any issues we may have with our feeds. They've also been helpful in telling us what we should be sending in our feeds.
