I wouldn't have been able to sign up for Amazon without this app. Easy integration and great customer service.
I really dislike this app. They are hurting our amazon rating.
Every once in a while it is unable to import order from Amazon to Shopify. No notice is given off this, so they of course get lost until Amazon or the customer contacts us.
Also, you can't login to this app directly from Shopify and they require a username. I can't remember ever having created a username for this, so I have no idea where to start. The "forgot pass" function doesnt seem to work without the damn username..
Update Jan. 2107: Ended up deleting this app to switch over to the one by Shopify. Quickly realized this was a mistake and wanted to switch back to this one, just to get things running until we found a better replacement.
They didn't want to open up an account again due to this review, who at the time of writing is two star. Based on that, I'm not giving them a one star. We're never coming back.

First off, I'm sorry for the experience. When reviewing your account and experience, we found the orders stuck inside Shopping Feed as designed, and that our system was alerting your account via your info@freddyshop.com email address. Our system is designed to quickly alert you of ANY issues with orders moving through our system. These problems are very rare, however our tools make it easy to solve quickly.
I also feel that you mischaracterized our support team and our efforts to help you solve these issues. Uninstalling a few moments after submitting a support ticket left us little room to help out with your missing password. When asked to reopen your account, we asked if you'd reconsider your review if we helped change your mind.
I know your experience will be incredible if you will give as a try. I will happily extend your trial long enough to feel comfortable working with us. you can reach me directly at andy@shopping-feed.com
For the start it is the Best App if you looking for integration with Amazon.

Once you get through set up it is great.
Max is super responsive and helpful. We mainly use it to deploy SKUs to eBay. It's another stream of income for us. We highly recommend it.

This is the third app we have tried for EBay & Amazon.
Shopping Feed was an A++++ SUCCESS.
The customer service (Drew) was above & beyond. Couldn't believe the extra effort they put in at no charge to get us up and running properly. I would definitely recommend them.
At first Shopping-Feed seemed very overwhelming, but after spending a month working with this omni-sales channel it is highly advised that you download this. Their customer support is there with you every step of the way and is the reason why the app is receiving a 5 star.

It took about a month to learn how to properly use Shopping-Feed, and during this month we learned how powerful the app really is. Use this app as leverage to beat your competitors in the market. Shopping-Feed is a phenomenal app for any Shopify store owner.
Great for integrating with multiple platforms and I could not rave enough about the customer service! Max is so quick to assist and so helpful.
Fantastic app. Amazing customer service. If you need to expand into different market places don't bother with anything else, Shoppingfeed is all you'll ever need.
Exceptional support from Drew. Super prompt on processing of refund too. Too bad Bing Ad didn't turn out to be worth the trouble, or we would have continued to use Shopping Feed.
