Superbe application très bonne équipe qui vous aide à l'installation, proche de leurs clients, vous contacte pour faire le point. Google shopping etc... que de bons conseils vous attendent. Ils aiment utiliser Skype pour vous indiquer vos étapes à suivre.et répondent à vos messages sans problème. Application est à recommander. Bien à vous aux développeurs à toute l'équipe Un grand merci.
Customer support is great but unfortunately this app did not work for me. I primarily wanted to use it to feed my Google Shopping Ads in Australia. I had previously been using the free Shopify App. As soon as I switched to ShoppingFeeder my Google Ads stopped displaying. We let it run for a couple of weeks and the Ads just would not show. Henri tried everything he could to fix it but without any results. We ran several trials where we turned the Shopify App back on and the Ads started showing again right away. So now I've disabled ShoppingFeeder and gone back to the free Shopify App. It's a shame because there's a few features in ShoppingFeeder I really wanted to use.
Excellent and super helpful customer service, and the app seems to do what it claims and is very time saving. Thank you very much!
I have just started to use this app and found the experience to be easy and helpful. However the app should tell in advance that only 2 markets are free and you are required to advertise via google.

In fact, we really pride ourselves on being the only true multi-channel solution on Shopify. You can advertise on any channels you like. Changed review: Stay away.
After moving to a different solution i tried to cancel my subscription. This have not been easy. There is no option to cancel in the admin panel so you have to write email to support who does not answer.
Do not use this app, and if you as me registered your credit card, be prepared to cancel your card because the will keep trying to take your money.
Support os slow. Still waiting to get this set up. A day wasted.

BIGGEST THING...little to no support. Email them with questions and they do not really answer, but avoid your question. Give you links to directions that don't work and then make up directions as they go. I asked for phone support as I noticed I was not going anywhere. They ignored my question. After dealing with this for days and BEGGING for support, we uninstalled because the hassle is not worth it.
Looks like it would be a useful app but super complex. I couldn't even begin to try to use it without help and I'm really technically inclined. I can't speak for functionality of the app. Unfortunately a misunderstanding got in the way of any opportunity for our company to use the app as we had truly hoped. So based on the fact that the majority of others are leaving 5 stars, I will only deduct one star due to an initial experience of extreme complexity. If you are not really technically inclined in the world of product feeds, above all other attempts, contact the developer for help via support options (all other efforts will just frustrate you) and don't make the mistake of assuming support messages come to your Shopify-related email as other support tickets and developer messages do. A detailed search within my email showed that they do not. I'm not sure where they do go but I recommend checking for support messages, may be within the app?
