Cannot over-recommend this app. Ronnie and his team are awesome! Response was quick, courteous and professional. All initial issues were smoothed over and they did not stop until it was perfect. I recently was set up with this app and it's everything I've been searching for and more! Before Change Commerce there were no plug ins able to do everything I needed from a give back perspective. Transparency, easy to spot on the page and options for my customers were a few of my main needs. On top of providing the plug in, the service I received (and still am) has been impeccable to say the least. There is truly a sense of ease and urgency in communicating with their team! I also love the back end support making it convenient to donate and not an added task on my do list. Thank you for making giving back so easy!

Great customer service! They really want to make sure that everything is running the way you need it. There are just a few things that the Change Commerce team is currently working on for us before we launch and start giving back. The Change Commerce APP by ShoppingGives is fantastic and geniously solves a fundamental challenge for any cause based brand like our brand > www.tumbledownbrand.com. Which is management of the our giving while offering the buyer an opportunity to contribute to your cause as well. It also provides transparency for the buyer on exactly how much our company is giving and to whom - we are giving too. Support has been responsive and terrific - highly recommend it....even if you are not a cause based brand but just want to give back as part of what you do...Change Commerce is a great option! BIG FAN of Shopping Gives - doing a huge service for our company and many many others. Customer support is terrific as well!
