I’m a new user that just downloaded the app and I reached out for some support with settings. Super quick and respectful response to answer my questions. I was also able to update my store name in the donation confirmation email sent to customers. Give Sam D. a raise!

For so many years our team at MNKY Hawaiian Shirts was thinking of ways that we could allow for customers to give back with a % of their shirt price. It was not until we found ShoppingGives that this thought became a reality! Ronny and his team are a group of amazing people allowing brands around the world to make an impact with nonprofits around the world! They are changing the way people can give and have made the process very easy to set up on your Shopify account. Thanks ShoppingGives team, keep up the great work! :)
I recently tried out the "Shopping Gives" app and unfortunately, I have to give it a 3-star rating. Initially, I was excited about the concept of the app - taking a portion of each sale and donating it to non-profits. It seemed like a great way to give back without any extra cost to me or my customers. However, I recently received an email from the app stating that they will now be charging $29 a month regardless of order volume or donations made.
What's most frustrating is that there was no warning about this cost when I first downloaded the app. If I had known that they would start charging a monthly fee, I would have never bothered with this app in the first place. And to make matters worse, I don't even understand what the $29 is going towards, since my customers are already having their donations donated.
Overall, I'm very disappointed with this app and will be uninstalling it immediately. I'll be on the lookout for other apps that allow me to donate to non-profits without any hidden costs or fees.
