ShoppingGives ‑ Donation App

Updated. Their customer service can take up to 24 hours to respond and they have since reached out several times to help resolve our issues.

This app is powerful and easy to set up. We had special requirements for our store and after a quick call, they quickly updated the app to accommodate our needs. The CEO is a great human and jumped right in to help us get the Donations widget functional on our store in record time. Highly recommend giving this app a try.

The team is super responsive and supportive! We needed some customizations and they were more than willing to help make it work for us on our site! Kudos to the ShoppingGives team and this app!

they started charging monthly fees without any prior notice and no donations as well!

The customer service of this app is superior to most. When the CEO calls you of a venture capital company to learn how to better serve and take care of an issue it brings real confidence and credibility to the mission of this service. We had a couple issues come up that needed dealt with, but I can say with confidence that our company is excited about moving forward with Shoppinggives as our partner in contributing towards non-profits.

For so many years our team at MNKY Hawaiian Shirts was thinking of ways that we could allow for customers to give back with a % of their shirt price. It was not until we found ShoppingGives that this thought became a reality! Ronny and his team are a group of amazing people allowing brands around the world to make an impact with nonprofits around the world! They are changing the way people can give and have made the process very easy to set up on your Shopify account. Thanks ShoppingGives team, keep up the great work! :)

I use this app to manage my donations and anytime I've had an issue (mainly user error) the customer support has been **outstanding**. I highly recommend this app to use for the charities that are important to you.

I was looking for an app that would allow us to give customers an option to donate to our designated charity at checkout by rounding up their purchase. This app was just what I was looking for! The customer support team was super helpful and responsive in answering all my questions and helping me to get up and running with the app. Would definitely recommend!

All I can say is my experience with this app has been INCREDIBLE. From functionality, to the user friendly dashboard, to the customer service, to making my life that much easier, and most importantly allowing me to use my company to help give back... everything has been flawless. This team is exceptional and I will continue to use this app for the foreseeable future, I wouldn’t go with anyone else. Keep up the great work Change Commerce, you are providing an amazing product and experience for your customers!

Ronny and his team have become an invaluable part of our team as we find new and creative ways to both build our brand meaningfully and grow our business effectively. Ronny in particular has gone above and beyond to get creative with solutions for us when we've had off-the-wall giveback campaign ideas, and we've seen direct impact as a result of his efforts and this platform. Can't recommend it enough!
