We wanted to act quickly to support families impacted by COVID in early March of last year. The team was ready and jumped into action. Amazing customer service, amazing product, and not enough good things to say.
CHANGE COMMERCE is THE APP for adding a Charity component to your shop. The customer support has been off the charts. They listened to what I envisioned and made it happen so very seamlessly. I used this app to help easily donate a portion of proceeds to an organization and this app has been really easy to use. The customer service of this company is also VERY excellent, I received a phone call after downloading the app asking if I had any questions and have always been able to easily reach their team with any issues I have had in figuring things out. HIGHLY recommend!
The Shopping Gives team is top notch. The founder, Robby Sage, and his team are true experts in cause marketing and how to best enable in a Shopify environment. We're live in one store with their POS integration - it was very seamless and took all of 30 minutes. We're expanding to all retail locations by the end of the year and view the team as trusted partners. Highly recommend.
The team at ShoppingGives is amazing. They are knowledgable, dedicated, and overall easy to work with and help with any and all tasks. I am yet to find a group that always has an answer or can find one so promptly! Highly Recommend!
Great idea but it doesn't work. After installing and getting everything to work, a month later nothing is working. Dashboard, web app, POS app, all not working. No support response either.
I wasn't crazy about the functionality either. I expected the app to round up to the nearest whole dollar automatically. With this app, it defaults to $1. To change the amount you have to edit it in 1 cent increments. Not ideal when you are at a farmer's maerket with a line of peopl.

Regarding the functionality of our Round-Up campaign, we would like to clarify that the default rounding behavior to $1 is how our app functions when products are priced at a flat dollar amount — we understand that this may not have met your expectations, and we absolutely apologize for any confusion.
While no additional details were left regarding the issue faced at the Dashboard, please be assured that no outages were noted through the weekend, and all continues to work as expected. We can see that our application was uninstalled shortly after the support ticket was submitted, however we are here to help and would be more than happy to walk you through a reinstallation, as well address any further questions or concerns you may have.

I definitely recommend this app! The support team is fast and very professional! I was looking for an app that would allow me to donate to a specific charity and they had it. Installing the app and setting things up and running was super easy. I needed support because my widget was not showing on my product page, so I contacted support and a few minutes later Abbey was able to set it up. Super fast response and amazing support! I will continue to use this app for sure! 100/100. Thank you so much!
The Change Commerce APP by ShoppingGives is fantastic and geniously solves a fundamental challenge for any cause based brand like our brand > www.tumbledownbrand.com. Which is management of the our giving while offering the buyer an opportunity to contribute to your cause as well. It also provides transparency for the buyer on exactly how much our company is giving and to whom - we are giving too. Support has been responsive and terrific - highly recommend it....even if you are not a cause based brand but just want to give back as part of what you do...Change Commerce is a great option! BIG FAN of Shopping Gives - doing a huge service for our company and many many others. Customer support is terrific as well!
We'd been looking for a Shopify App that lets customers to donate at checkout for a while, none of the other apps we tried were great but Change Commerce has been amazing. Super easy to install and use, and the team was extremely helpful and responded quickly whenever we had questions! Works great on desktop and mobile, couldn't recommend this app more.
We were looking for a means by which we could provide monetary support to those organizations that were combating Covid-19. We needed a solution that was easy to set up, easy to understand with regards to pricing; and most importantly, an app that provided an intuitive interface in which our customers could engage.
Change commerce was extremely helpful in providing instructions on pricing and implementation (Thanks Ronny!). The team was very communicative (Thanks Savanah!), and walked us through the details.
The fee structure is fair and there are plenty of great organizations to which you can choose to donate!
I definitely recommend this app to those store owners looking for a solution at providing a means by which their customers can donate to a wide variety of charities/altruistic organizations.
