good app, very useful when starting out

I have a brick and mortar that is well established, but I was trying to find ways to get consumers confident to buy online, as soon as I uploaded the app I received an online sale for $300. I actually saw the customer on the site for at least 30 mins. But the minute I installed the app, I got the sale

I have been using this app for about a month but I am wondering how to turn off the notifications of how long someone bought something. Then today it would not open for me. Everything else works fine.
