This app is very useful; lots of customization, you and your customers knows it's there, but it doesn't get in the way. I had some issues with the app at the beginning when I first installed it, though Support was able to get the issue resolved quickly!

it is a little difficult to personalize but the rep was able to assist with what i needed. I wanted a color change and she slowed down the pops up so it is now visible

I used Sales Pop to track my total clicks, its great for testing new products and I would be great if the app emailed reports.
