SalesPop: Order & Sales Popup

I has issues finding the free plan but got a helpful email from the provider, so I changed my plan. I am waiting to see how this app will perform, thanks!

Me ha parecido una buena aplicación, el único detalle por el que le pongo 4 estrellas es que su plan cambió y no me enteré. Por lo cual tuve cobros elevados que no esperaba, sin embargo su servicio a cliente fue rápido y me ayudo a ajustar la tarifa.

Customer service is fast. I like the look of the pop ups. I like that it shows cart adds as well. I am pleased. I do not like that it automatically charges $29 a month after your free plan ends. $29 a month is steep for the service. I have not gained enough sale conversions to justify paying $29 monthly yet.

The free app has been good, it does convert into sales however, the 100 free sessions get used up early in the month so for a lot of each month, it is turned off by Sales Pop. This is fair though as they are giving me the 100 free sessions. I am not prepared to pay the Pro Plan pricing at this time but believe that it would be worthwhile to do so as it definitely did convert to actual sales.

hopefully we see an increase in sales using this. It seems very beneficial. Looking forward to seeing the results

Very helpful and kind customer service. I think the $29 cost is a bit steep for what you are getting.

Easy to install and configure. Can use your real sales & products unlike some other pops. Ability to use real customer first names OR "Someone" is a very thoughtful touch. Will test to see if it helps conversions but the features and execution are very well done.

A few days in and something really bad has happened with this app today. It started displaying Sales Pops that are NOT from my store. Including photos of products I do NOT sell. This seems like a very bad mistake for the app to make and it could potentially scare away some of my customers.

I tried to disable the Sales Pop app but the other products are continuing to display. Waiting on a reply from the developer.

I used this app to help me with FOMO conversions. I have no sales on my website yet for the app to fully initialize on my site. But overall, so far, it looks like a decent app that can help. I recommend it.

The app/site designers need to correct the spelling and grammatical errors though. It would look much more professional if there were no mistakes.
