SP: Social Proof + Sales Popup

The Sales Pop-Up app is a great tool for boosting trust and increasing conversions on my Shopify store. After installing it, I immediately noticed how professional and engaging my store looked. To be honest the site has been very slow so I did not get enough traffic to make this app useful enough to make an accessment.

Overpriced for a simple popup on a website. They updated the plugin a while back and have styled it in a way that prevents your CSS overrides.

Does what it's supposed to - so it gets a few stars. Will be uninstalling for an alternative.

I'm intrigued by this app as a consumer i know seeing that others are purchasing gives me more confidence to also buy but if they want ppl to dish out 30 a month they should at least include metrics with the free version because i truly cannot tell when a conversion is because of this app or just cus. and u want me to pay. i need to see this is actively working. you should consider giving ppl a chance to use the app with metrics available. only data talks to me, ot

I don't like the pop shows the added to cart for countries I do not sell/ship to. I LOVE everything else about this app! I can't believe we get it free!

I am still starting on shopify and hope this app will increase sale conversion when the store is live

It basically works, but when I use it in French the sales pop message sometimes doesn't make any sense... like "a customer has bought some *product name* 20 hours ago". Of course the message is in French but this is the kind of grammar nonsense. Still no answers from their support... after more than 10 days.

I have had this installed for about a week now and I love the concept and I want to love this app but it doesn't seem to import all my sales despite re-importing them at the advice of the support team. Also, I see a lot of add to carts but then I don't see the abandoned carts...so I am not entirely sure I trust all the data it claims to be capturing. I am going to give it a little more time to see if things improve before I revisit my rating.
