I have had this app on my store now for the past 2 months and am really happy with it. The pop-ups are genuine sales from the start and nobody knows if the gap between a sale has been 1 day or 1 week.

Consistent Cart has both a free plan and a paid plan. The Consistent Cart free plan's activity monitor is sufficient for unlocking these metrics.
