I really can't rate it right now due to the fact that I just installed it and couldn't mess with anything until I wrote a review.
have not noticed increase in sales yet looking forward to it.. the app seems great for social proof..jjj

While I do wish the pop up window was a bit smaller I am very happy thus far. Also wish the rate of pop up was abit slonger longer in.
