I only want to use this app to sync our product information, not to sync our TikTok Shop orders to Shopify. However, it seems there’s no way to disable the order-syncing feature, which is very disappointing.
Great and useful platform that has worked flawlessly for our business after we struggled to sync orders previously.
**update: I'm struggling to get a hold of someone from the platform to help work through an urgent issue upgrading an order allowance. Frustrating not to be able to get a hold of support for over 24 hrs
This was the only way I was able to get breakthrough with mapping the warehouses between my TikTok Shop and Shopify. There is some sort of glitch between the two. I'm very grateful for this app! Thank you. It worked!
