App does NOT do what it says it will. Does NOT record who accepted and I am DISAPPOINTED. Uninstalling.

App doesn't record who clicks accept which makes it essentially useless. Support does not answer emails.

App inserts the accept of terms and conditions twice and support doesn't answer our request to fix it.

No terms check box was added to my checkout page. Sent a request for help 4 days ago with no response from the developer.

I’m not pleased customer service is taking to long to get back to me. I’m going to try a different app.

DOES NOT WORK! DID NOT PUT A CHECKBOX ON MY CHECKOUT PAGE! $1.99 WASTE! Should at least give a free trial to make sure it works!
