once your shopthru campaign is active on the product of choice, there is nowhere to be seen of unlocking this product with the valid NFT. this was from an opensea nft. as a result, this is a time waster and does not work as advertised. this is the second web3 app that does not work. i wish shopify would properly validate these apps before allowing this app on their store. this just having paying shopify customers waste their time on these services. it is very amateurish with no adult in the room to oversee the quality of these things. i also find their support bot was empty on the general topics i was looking for. this is pure laziness in trying to make this work. what a waste of time.

Thank you for your review. First of all, I'd like to say that we're really sorry you didn't have a great experience with Shopthru. Most of our customers find it pretty easy to set up and get going.

Looking at your account, it seems you did not complete the set up for your store, which is why you didn't see any way to connect your wallet to your store. If you'd like to try again, you can follow the steps listed here https://help.shopthru.xyz/en/collections/3560875-setting-up-shopthru and you should be good to go.
