no support at all, sent few messages in last 2 week no reply so far

I've just started using the App, and I've encountered some discrepancies and technical issues. I reached out to support and was completely blown away that the issues were resolved within minutes. The app is running smoothly, and I am pleased.

Generally as a analyser it gives some good suggestions showing you that the item hasn't sold in x days, that the inventory is high or low and suggests to drop the price to something new to attract buyers.

There are graphs compared to other optimizers which I like but there are a number of suggestions that would make this product a lot better and I have fed this back.

A) From the results if you could filter out your out of stock items and concentrate on your in stock items

B) If the comparison of price was against a competitor e.g Amazon which is an option in the settings, then it would good to see a link to the product it is comparing against so you can decide if the comparison is against a like for like or not before making a decision

Overall I'm impressed to see where this app goes, they've made some really good early strides and if the feedback is taken I can see this becoming a top app.

If you are wondering if it is worth the download, I would say yes, give it a go, the experience has been a lot better compared to other apps.
