I installed this app primarily to keep my inventory managed across platforms. The setup video was helpful and Shirly is very responsive via email whenever I need help. She also jumped on a call with me quickly when I needed assistance which I really appreciated. Great app, saves a lot of time. I recommend it for anyone using both shopify and etsy as a marketplace.

It took a few days to get set up right, but just message Shirley the app developer and she will get you going. It does not copy over videos, and you have to add sku's to the products you want to sync. You also have to manually upload any new listings- it does not auto-update based on a collection unfortuately. A really good app, easy to use, the orders show up on Shopify and when you fullfill them, it sends a notification to the customer, so you don't need to enter Etsy at all. Saves you much time!
