As a growing business with complicated bundling of products, keeping on top of my stock management was a nightmare and items were regularly going out of stock. I am 8 weeks into using Shopventory and I cannot speak highly enough of how it has helped me. I am getting on top of inventory management and it has given me great peace of mind. It has also freed me up to spend my time on the things that really need my attention. Customer service was also excellent (unusually so). I got a follow up phone call (yes, by phone, talking to an actual person!!) from James after a few weeks and he could not have been more helpful. Affordable plans too which are hard to get for the functionality I require. Well done guys.

We've been using Shopventory for a couple of years now. Between their incredibly helpful customer service and regularly released updates that actually improve processes, we think it's the best solution for managing our extensive inventory with Shopify and Square. They're extremely responsive, friendly, and they do right by you to get a solution for your problems. Rio and Alejandro both been phenomenal with the support they've provided. Also, I seem to have gained 17" biceps after installing this app...pretty cool!

We switched from Katana to shopventory and it was the best decision we have ever made. The amount of features we will be able to use, as well as the ease of use is great. We are still getting used to it, but to be able to keep track of all of our inventory between multiple platforms is going to help us immensely on keeping our inventory accurate.

I rarely write review, and when i do, it is either because I am really happy or disappointed. In this case, very happy with Shopventory. I looked at a few other apps in the genre, but their support is 2nd to none. Have not had one bad experience with their team, and I've been reaching out alot to them so i can understand the system. While no system perfectly fits your needs, they have come very close. Cannot recommend them enough and they are clearly looking to improve their service.

Alejandro is amazing to work with he has helped solve our questions numerous times in the matter of minutes. I'm very thankful he was able to communicate fast and get to the problem quickly

Four years ago, our store's finance lead, Marilyn Radikopf, suggested using Shopventory to help manage inventory and store sales. Over the past year, Level 10 Performance Motorsports continues to grow with the development of an online presence with a Shopify website.
