We began using Shopventory because we needed real time inventory numbers, a tool that kept track of our COGS, and also offered sales reports. Using Shopventory is super user friendly, it integrates fully with Shopify, Square and Clover. We input all of our inventory items (including COGS, retail price, quantity of the item) through Shopventory first and Shopventory pushes all the date to Shopify. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this app. Not to mention, their customer service team is top notch and very knowledgeable!

Danielle not only created a report I needed but then sent me a video with her voice over showing me exactly how to create and manipulate the report to meet my needs.

I have been using Shopventory for a couple of years now to sync with Shopify and Clover. The customer service is exceptional and the product is working amazingly well. I no longer have to be concerned about overselling...syncing is on point. And, if I run into issues, the Shopventory team is amazing!

Shopventory is a must have app to organize and have more control of the business. The customer service is always available and have all the tools explanation. There is much more we can do to make easier to run the business. Totally recommend.

I found myself in a jam after moving my store, I thought I was being clever in adding a new "location" with my current address... totally messed myself up! The products I most recently added weren't showing up online or in-store... they took such good care of me and helped me out to fix it all! They literally held my hand and walked me through it step by step, and even made videos for me so that I could more easily understand what to do! I couldn't have asked for better support!

Natalie was super good and patient when I reached out.
She took her time to manually sync every single product which had sync issue I provided and made them work right away.
She was very professional and nice.
