Shopventory is an increasingly helpful tool with new features coming out often, but its Customer Success team is unbelievably patient and communicative and I've frankly never in my life chatted with someone as invested in solving an issue as Ruth was in our multi-day ongoing conversation, even given a challenging and frustrating problem that went well beyond her or my control. We're still working through the issue now, but I know we'll have it resolved soon enough because of the confidence that Ruth instills in me for Shopventory.

Shopventory's tools really help me keep my fingers on the pulse of my business. If there is something additional I need help with, their support staff is amazing.

Shopventory lets our business accurately track our inventory and costing in real time, enabling us to make better inventory and business decisions. With multiple sites, Shopventory lets us quickly transfer inventory between locations. Shopventory is a must for any multi-location business.

Just wanted to update my review! I love Shopventory! I have been using the desktop version for years to run my small independent-designer focused boutique. Shopventory is great for running reports, keeping track of all of my costs, and everything inventory-related. They have rolled out updates over time, and whenever I have questions, they are always very quick to answer and excellent with customer service. I would recommend this app to anyone who needs an inventory tracking system that is intuitive and easy to use. For me, it is the best one out there.

Shopventory has been a fantastic solution for us. With multiple locations, hugely varying needs for the business, Shopventory's staff has taken the time to learn what our needs are and help us to implement inventory management on a whole new level than we had before. Going from a very outdated system with CAM, they have worked extensively with us by chats, emails, conference and video calls. I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service I've received from Joe and Roslind. TOP NOTCH! No system is perfect for everyone, but these folks listen to what you need and try to help you find a way to get it.

I used the app to manage my inventory and is really good, i also use shopify and the integration is really goo too.

Thrive has been excellent in customer service. They are always there to support us when there are any issues. As for the App itself, so far, it's been great! Inventory management has been much more easy to handle. There are also many types of reports that you can generate to get more insight into your performing products.

Although Shopventory has some report limitations, Alejandro did everything on her end to help me out and get the data needed. That was very helpful and I appreciated the effort and customer service
