We had been looking for an inventory app for some time now that would work for our needs and this has delivered. The customer service is very responsive, Dean was great answering questions and showing me how the program will work to make sure it would be a great fit for our needs prior to installation. The customer service continued is over the top, especially Kayla & Nay who have been wonderful to work with. It has been great being able to start a chat, knowing that they would jump in to continue with the same people without having to start over. They have great tutorial videos for just about everything, visual is better than reading instructions. Being able to communicate with Loom videos back and forth expedited the conversations to faster resolutions. We had run into several hurdles to make everything function with our specific data input and work correctly with our online store, they were able to solve everything. The reports are easy to access, tracking/audit logs are great to have, bonus feature they go back further than Shopify's 250. So much information in one place has been a huge time saver. A great feature is setting up different pars for different variants help me keep an eye on everything with emails letting me know it is time to reorder. This has become a real timesaver!

I found myself in a jam after moving my store, I thought I was being clever in adding a new "location" with my current address... totally messed myself up! The products I most recently added weren't showing up online or in-store... they took such good care of me and helped me out to fix it all! They literally held my hand and walked me through it step by step, and even made videos for me so that I could more easily understand what to do! I couldn't have asked for better support!

This app made our lives so much easier. Initially I only got it to generate an inventory valuation report that clover somehow doesn't offer. Who doesn't want to know their current inventory value?
Once our business grew a bit we started to realize the potential of a lot of things, the purchase orders helped us catch some serious issues with vendors adding money to their totals that shouldn't have been there. It also allows for employees to receive the inventory quickly when I'm not there. Only downside is that the receive all inventory doesn't work on the clover tablet, you have to use a computer otherwise it will not process.
We also now use Shopventory to track our inventory and live update through Shopify. So much easier than having to manually remove things if it sells online as it just auto manages it and I no longer have stock issues online if it sells out in store.

The integration between Shopify and Clover is one of the many things we do well. Keeping your product stock levels correct across the channels is essential.
Customer. Service. I could write novels about how much the team at Shopventory has helped our business transition from an old school, paper pushing brick and mortar into an online business that helped us survive during the pandemic. The simplicity of the UI but the capabilities of the software are unmatched. We initially used this as a bridge between Clover and Shopify to bring our store online and now we are launching into Shopify POS and even though we could do MOST things directly through Shopify, the customer service keeps me coming back to Shopventory. There are a few analytics and financial tracking aspects that Shopventory does outperform Shopify on so those are also reasons, but getting to chat with the team any time I have a question is the number one. It's like chatting to friends and I always walk away with a smile on my face with the interactions. I can't give them enough stars. They deserve the galaxy.

I was having trouble figuring out where the integration to my Shopify site went for each product with the new updates. I did the help chat and Danielle was quick and resolved my issue with easy videos she sent to help me understand where I needed to go with the new navigation.

Shopventory is amazing! Having one application to manage inventory for our store-front and online store makes inventory management a breeze. The system is easy to use and customer service is helpful with answering questions and resolving issues. They provide the necessary features plus more while also providing support when needed.

This app has been a game-changer for my business. Syncs between Clover and Shopify perfectly. All of my orders and inventory are in one place. And also their customer service is amazing too. I can't say enough about it. For everything that I am getting with this app and its ease of use, it is worth every penny!!

We can talk about how Thrive is an amazing product, but the best experience by far is their customer support. Working from Australia time zone it's so hard to talk to someone live in USA, but these guys are awesome at patiently waiting. Shoutout to Alejandro from live chat, I would've quit this app in frustration otherwise. Heroes.
