The customer care at Thrive is unmatched. They are incredibly helpful as well as very friendly. Whenever I have an issue with an integration I go to them first, not the integration!

We can talk about how Thrive is an amazing product, but the best experience by far is their customer support. Working from Australia time zone it's so hard to talk to someone live in USA, but these guys are awesome at patiently waiting. Shopventory is amazing! Having one application to manage inventory for our store-front and online store makes inventory management a breeze. The system is easy to use and customer service is helpful with answering questions and resolving issues. They provide the necessary features plus more while also providing support when needed.
