I have been using Shopventory for a couple of years now to sync with Shopify and Clover. The customer service is exceptional and the product is working amazingly well. I no longer have to be concerned about overselling...syncing is on point. And, if I run into issues, the Shopventory team is amazing!

The customer care at Thrive is unmatched. They are incredibly helpful as well as very friendly. Whenever I have an issue with an integration I go to them first, not the integration!

I found myself in a jam after moving my store, I thought I was being clever in adding a new "location" with my current address... totally messed myself up! The products I most recently added weren't showing up online or in-store... they took such good care of me and helped me out to fix it all! They literally held my hand and walked me through it step by step, and even made videos for me so that I could more easily understand what to do! I couldn't have asked for better support!

We are new to this app and already consider it a life saver. We have barely scratched the surface of what it can do! So far it has helped us manage our bundles and reduces appropriate inventory on each item within a bundle in real time, which is amazing because we have several! An added bonus is the customer service team. They are beyond helpful and I have not had a one bad encounter yet!

We used a different service as our POS platform and used Shopify for our website. Shopventory merged those two, and that changed the way we did everything for the better. Their customer service is always quick to respond –– they've helped us problem solve and walk through many situations. We are very grateful to have worked with Shopventory!

I used this app to better assist me with my inventory. I really like that it allows me to set PAR levels & separate products by which location I want them sold at. Tons of control - definitely recommend it.
