We can talk about how Thrive is an amazing product, but the best experience by far is their customer support. Working from Australia time zone it's so hard to talk to someone live in USA, but these guys are awesome at patiently waiting. Shoutout to Alejandro from live chat, I would've quit this app in frustration otherwise. Heroes.

Shopventory is amazing! Having one application to manage inventory for our store-front and online store makes inventory management a breeze. The system is easy to use and customer service is helpful with answering questions and resolving issues. They provide the necessary features plus more while also providing support when needed.

Very helpful, robust app. Even on the basic tier, it's dramatically improved our inventory management, and was integral when we established a second location. The help sections and customer service are very thorough and responsive!

Trying to sync multiple stores, platforms, and brands can be challenging. Shopventory made it happen. The support team has been excellent. Mario knows his stuff and the platform!

Thrive is a great tool to sync multiple Shopify accounts when needed. You can use Thrive to manage the catalog and reporting across these different systems!

I can't imagine running my store without Shopventory. I finally have one single source of truth when it comes to inventory, profit margin, etc. Plus I sync to my Clover POS and Shopify online store without issues. I've always found support to be super responsive and they resolve my issues very quickly. Very happy with Shopventory!

Shopventory is an increasingly helpful tool with new features coming out often, but its Customer Success team is unbelievably patient and communicative and I've frankly never in my life chatted with someone as invested in solving an issue as Ruth was in our multi-day ongoing conversation, even given a challenging and frustrating problem that went well beyond her or my control. We're still working through the issue now, but I know we'll have it resolved soon enough because of the confidence that Ruth instills in me for Shopventory.

We have a growing online business and product inventory that had way outgrown our method of spreadsheet management so were looking for software that would help with this. We chose Shopventory because it had a fairly straightforward user interface, allowed for bundling of products, integrated both with Shopify and our offline sales and provided powerful reporting tools. It's been a process learning how everything works and exploring the various tools and reports (still a lot to uncover still). I have occasionally encountered small glitches but their support team (Rio, Kayla, Valerie, Mario and others) have all been very patient, responded quickly and thoroughly reviewed my issues. Their follow up is phenomenal. Any legitimate glitches get resolved and those that are user error are reviewed and clearly explained. Very happy with this product so far.

This app made our lives so much easier. Initially I only got it to generate an inventory valuation report that clover somehow doesn't offer. Who doesn't want to know their current inventory value?
Once our business grew a bit we started to realize the potential of a lot of things, the purchase orders helped us catch some serious issues with vendors adding money to their totals that shouldn't have been there. It also allows for employees to receive the inventory quickly when I'm not there. Only downside is that the receive all inventory doesn't work on the clover tablet, you have to use a computer otherwise it will not process.
We also now use Shopventory to track our inventory and live update through Shopify. So much easier than having to manually remove things if it sells online as it just auto manages it and I no longer have stock issues online if it sells out in store.
Valerie is awesome when you have questions, quick and efficient with answering questions!
