Great app that really helps make a complicated process easy. We recommend using it to manage influencer payments and flows. Have not used MLM feature yet but very excited about it.

I really love ShoutOut, it's the best affiliate app I've tried. I only gave it four stars because there's always room for enhancements and I would like to see a few more things, like an overlay where you could show who's affiliate link you're viewing (similar to Hellobar) For example, "You're shopping with Jane Smith". Other than that, I am very pleased with the app and think it is well worth the cost!!

Very easy setup and from the moment you install it you can tell this is a very professional, polished and well thought out App.

I enabled the customer referral signup in Tutorial 1 (as recommended) and we’ve received a number of people that have now become active affiliates in less than a week, so very happy with that. The video tutorial on how to find influencers was also particularly helpful.

I can see this App as an integral part of our marketing strategy going forward and would definitely recommend it to others.

I reinstall the app again, and hopefully I get support from them and can meet my needs too! So far I see they are trying really hard to meet what i want. :D

I have been getting requests to do a Brand Ambassador Program for my store and a dear friend from the clothing line, Salty Honey, recommended I use ShoutOut and she said that they have also been using them and it has completely simplified the idea of paying commissions to Ambassadors. I'm SO organized because of this app, it is user friendly and I emailed in about a question I had and Adam completely took care of me immediately, even after support hours. I am so grateful this app exists because something actually kind of nerve wracking became simplified in a matter of minutes. THANK YOU ShoutOut and thank you Adam!

It started out as a good app and they made an update to it for us, but what it is lacking is for a way for our affiliates to track each individual sale link they use. All clicks and sales get lumped into a large pot, there is no way of them seeing that this email generated $1000 and this other one generated $1500

The application is beautiful inside and I really liked testing it. But I give it only 3 stars because it is not perfect. 1 ° The trial time is only 7 days, a very short time to find affiliates and begin to experience the application in real time. 2 ° The price, 59 US dollars is a lot of money if you are starting the business and looking for affiliates who may not attract customers so quickly. Therefore, it seems like a very high price to pay if you are starting. 3 ° Within the application they do not have the option to search for affiliates and influercers, this function must be found in other external programs and it is expensive. I've seen other similar apps that include a database of influencers, but haven't tried them and don't know if they really work.

Me ha parecido una excelente opción para generar una red de promotores que trabajen para crecer juntos. La aplicación es intuitiva, ademas hay mucha ayuda en los procesos de configuración, simplemente genial, lo único por lo que no le doy 5 estrellas es porque esta todo en ingles, el mercado hispano es enorme para una plataforma así, seria bueno diseñarla en español y otros idiomas. Felicidades!

I don't know if the reviews are real...
You are lost inside the app... i even don't know where to go to see the clients backoffice.

Ther eis no way to contact them inside the app if you have questions, ou just have a video to follow but doesn t help that much.

Why can't I open the app? I installed the app, used it for free for a few days and then I can't open the app, and it prompts "Internal Server Error", I don't know why this happens, is it because it is free to use so it doesn't work?
