I had originally given this app 1 star as we had a lot of trouble getting a response. I think the bugs of the etsify/shuttle switch have been worked through as this has now been an app we could not live without. When it is working well it's a God send! I am keeping my original review below for transparency. ~~~~~~~~~ This app was great when it was etsify. We have had tons of issues since the new platform release. I've tried reaching out through their contact form three times (Jan 5th, 9th, & 14th) about error messages we are receiving and have gotten nothing back. Crickets. Terrible customer service. We're currently looking elsewhere. I'm just glad we got our money's worth for the last few years or I'd be requesting a refund as well. I have seen other reviews where Nimo says he has talked to customers when they claim the opposite. I WILL update this review if they ever reach out.

I thought I reviewed this well put together, easy to use app some time ago I have been using it for a couple of years already! Nimo is an excellent and proactive app developer who continues to improve and increase the capabilities of this highly useful app, If you have an Etsy store and a Shopify website this application contains an essential set of tools already, and NImo continues to upgrade improve and expand its effectiveness.

This app has been a life saver and a time saver for my business. We've been with Shuttle since it's beginning in beta, and we couldn't be happier with their progress and capability :-)

LOVE this app. I bought it a couple years ago when it was Etsify and synced my products with my then new Shopify Store. It was amazingly easy to transfer from Etsy to Shopify. The new version with all the updates are outstanding!! You guy are doing a fantastic job, thank you! Anybody in need to transfer products either way THIS IS the app that will simplify your life!! I used this app to export my Etsy reviews to my Shopify store. It took me a little time to work through it at first, but the excellent customer service made the purchase well worth it.

In my situation, I exported all of my etsy listings into shopify as a draft, and then I changed all of the exported product_handle with “find/replace” to the live shopify listings product_handle.

I’ve been using this app for a few years now, and it has been amazing. Our main shop is on Etsy (80% of sales), so I’m thrilled it’s easy to transfer our new releases (which is weekly) to Shopify. So many ways to tailor it to your needs. There is a bit of a learning curve, as you would expect.

Best way to get your etsy products and reviews into Shopify. Looking forward to the new features they are working on that will make the app even better!

Update 2023: Still love it for syncing my etsy and shopify stores. They are always adding new and helpful features. Price is fantastic too!

My favorite app ever, works extremely well and has saved me 100's of hours! Don't delay, if you have etsy, use this app!

I have had this app for a long while now. It recently upgraded and changed name and it is even better than before. It makes transfer of your product from etsy to shopify quick and easy. The settings mean you can customise exactly what you want transferring. There are loads of useful perameters like eliminating a specific body of text from the description or shortening the title. I have never had an issue with the app but sometimes needed help to know how to do something, the support is fast and friendly so you are never left waiting. Can't fault it!

**Update Oct 2022**: it's been a year and a half since my original review and I just thought I'd drop an update that this app has gotten even more useful since I last posted! There are all sorts of new features like automatic inventory synching so all your stores show the same quantities all the time, kits and bundles so that you can group individual items into kits and the available kit quantity will be based on how many full sets you can make from the individual items, and lots more. Also, the person who develops this site is SUPER responsive - i get very fast, personal help on the rare occasion that I run into a technical issue, and feature requests have been incorporated super quickly! I honestly love this site so much - it's easy to understand and use, and there is just so much it can do. LOVE IT! :D **Original Review** This is absolutely my most-used and most-love app for managing my shopify and etsy stores. The ability to easily copy, overwrite, and sync listings from Etsy to Shopify absolutely changed the game for me, and saved me TONS of hours of work. There are more good things about this app than I could possibly list, but a few highlights are the ability to easily overwite/update products between sites if I make edits to a listing, the fact that it's *incredibly* customizable in how you set up transfers and can be used to remove all the etsy spam/seo language that is often included in product titles, and how easy it is to copy my etsy reviews into shopify. As soon as manual product synching becomes available (for old products I'd set up before I ever found Shuttle). I plan to try out the inventory-syncing option soon, and hopefully get rid of a separate subscription I currently pay for a different inventory management tool. I constantly recommend this as my most valuable tool for other store owners looking to add a Shopify site to their etsy presence, and I love that the developer is constantly adding new features - this tool gets more and more and more useful over time, and is well worth the cost! I cant recommend it highly enough! Thank you Nimo for all your work creating this, and your ongoing efforts to keep making it even better. This tool is phenomenal!
