Shuttle ‑ Sync with Etsy

The simplest way to sync Etsy to Shopify and keep them synced, coming from Etsy to Shopify, was simplified a lot!

Says my free trial has ended. I installed and uninstalled same day and used Maxify to import my etsy items

Shuttle is the best app for integration between Etsy and Shopify. The support team is wonderful and very prompt in answering any questions you have. I would highly recommend this app if you need to streamline your workflow!

Its simple, if you want an easy app to transfer your products from Etsy to Shopify you cant go wrong here. Super Easy to Use and Top Notch Customer Service! Shuttle is the only app I found that pulls Etsy reviews too. I am a total tech newb and working on our first website. I stumbled onto Shuttle and I am glad I did. Once all the setting are set its just a matter of clicking around. I ...I have been enjoying using this app, it has been very helpful transferring products from Shopify to Etsy.

The user interface is easy to use and simple which I like compare to others. Using it with Ebay ferry. Very simple to use and to the point.

Super great app. Easy to use, Beginner friendly. Great customer service and many options to choose from. Can be used for beginners or even advanced sellers. Great app that won’t break the bank and does what it is supposed to. I only see advantages with this app. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Greate app and fast import for products and reviews. It works as expected but if you have more than 100 variants this app might not be for you otherwise definitely give it a try. Good customer support also.

Fantastic App, i am quite new to Etsy and i was having a few problems with it and also setting up the app for the best settings and Nimo has been outstanding with helping me and also giving me extra advice on Etsy,,

I have no idea why I'm paying for this when I can't even use it because of a error message. I would like to transfer this weekend becuase I'm running a sale on my site. Everything I try gives me a error message

Paid the monthly fee and paid $50 for all of the objects that I needed. Import finished and I'm missing pictures on many listings, and the variant images are also incorrect across many listings. Going to have to manually review everything. Sent in a request for help and I am still waiting. Not impressed.

Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because the set up process isn't intuitive and you have to be careful about the default settings on things you might not even know exist. Support was great to help me understand why things didn't go as I wanted them to, and now that it's set up correctly I'm enjoying the inventory updates from my busy Etsy site to my Shopify store.

If you have variations of products expect to pay more than just the $15.00 advertised, when it comes to my business I prefer instant support, it was hours before someone responded to my emails. This app has a Quota and if you go over the Quota it's more charges, I only have 89 products in my Etsy with many variation and would have had to pay a 1 time $69.00 just to resolve the syncing blockage they put on your account. I canceled and they still charged my account.

Shuttle is just what I needed to work smarter not harder. It is saving me so much time as I am getting started with an Etsy store. When I asked them a question about about a section not appearing in the app they responded so fast and fixed it right away!

**Update Oct 2022**: it's been a year and a half since my original review and I just thought I'd drop an update that this app has gotten even more useful since I last posted! There are all sorts of new features like automatic inventory synching so all your stores show the same quantities all the time, kits and bundles so that you can group individual items into kits and the available kit quantity will be based on how many full sets you can make from the individual items, and lots more. Also, the person who develops this site is SUPER responsive - i get very fast, personal help on the rare occasion that I run into a technical issue, and feature requests have been incorporated super quickly! I honestly love this site so much - it's easy to understand and use, and there is just so much it can do. LOVE IT! :D **Original Review** This is absolutely my most-used and most-love app for managing my shopify and etsy stores. The ability to easily copy, overwrite, and sync listings from Etsy to Shopify absolutely changed the game for me, and saved me TONS of hours of work. There are more good things about this app than I could possibly list, but a few highlights are the ability to easily overwite/update products between sites if I make edits to a listing, the fact that it's *incredibly* customizable in how you set up transfers and can be used to remove all the etsy spam/seo language that is often included in product titles, and how easy it is to copy my etsy reviews into shopify. As soon as manual product synching becomes available (for old products I'd set up before I ever found Shuttle). I plan to try out the inventory-syncing option soon, and hopefully get rid of a separate subscription I currently pay for a different inventory management tool. I constantly recommend this as my most valuable tool for other store owners looking to add a Shopify site to their etsy presence, and I love that the developer is constantly adding new features - this tool gets more and more and more useful over time, and is well worth the cost! I cant recommend it highly enough! Thank you Nimo for all your work creating this, and your ongoing efforts to keep making it even better. This tool is phenomenal!

Before I downloaded this app, I tried to import Etsy reviews manually by downloading the export file from Etsy and uploading it to Shopify. But I kept running into errors and ultimately resigned myself to paying for the service. But honestly, I have NO regrets. The process was extremely simple and the interface is very user friendly. But the reason I give this 5 stars is the customer support. I ran into a problem where my imported reviews weren't automatically attaching to products, which would have required me to individually assign all 950+ reviews to products manually. (I found out later that this was because of how I imported products into Shopify before I downloaded the app. It was not Shuttle's fault.) I reached out to support to help me figure out the issue. They responded within a few hours, but instead of just telling me how to fix it, they took the initiative to solve the problem for me through the back end. So the issue was solved with no additional effort on my part, which was fantastic. Ultimately, I definitely recommend this app if importing reviews is giving you a headache.

Super easy to use and you can't beat the pricing! I wish they integrated with other platforms because I would use Shuttle for EVERYTHING!!!

I would not want to be with out this app. Inventory syncing between Etsy and Shopify is a dream and saved so much time. New Etsy reviews are automatically exported each month so I can upload to Shopify and products can easily be transferred between the 2. It's easy to use once you learn where everything is and the support is fabulous too. I highly recommend. Edited to add that reviews which are imported into the judge.me app can now be marked as a verified customers which is a big plus for me. Thank you.

Really liked the app, until I paid for it and decided to cancel after most of my transfers were complete. It said I would be able to continue using the remaining data elements purchased until the end of the month, but it actually doesn't. It stops all your access right then and there and you cannot transfer anything further from that moment on. I literally had 3 days to use the app, but was charged for a month. Not really impressed and chose not to contact customer service to reimburse for $3. I was lazy and didn't want to manually enter in approximately 40 new entries from Etsy. Make sure you remember to cancel at the end of your monthly service.

This is an absolutely awesome app, if like me you run a Shopify and Etsy store then this is 100% required. This makes running both stores a breeze. it is highly recommended.

I have used the basic plan and I am really happy with the app's performance. I like that I can sync the product which ever way I want from Etsy to Shopify or from Shopify to Etsy or both. It's great time saver. Well worth it

I love this app, it has made it possible for me to have a Shopify store. I have transferred all of my listings from Etsy, including reviews. I can make changes to my Etsy listings, and then I update them on Shopify with a push of a button. Wonderful!

Amazingly helpful app for synching Etsy and Shopify. I had a request for a new setting and they added it within a day! Amazing support!

Bait and switch. Nothing is said about how the stock syncing is a separate plan AND lowest level cost is $29/month. Even spoke with support pre-install and asked specifically about stock syncing and they made no mention of a separate plan.
Even if the stock syncing worked (which BTW doesn't look right on their admin panel for multiple Etsy shops) I would not use/buy this app because of their subterfuge. Updated: So now app developer is saying I should have gone to their website and should have known the inventory syncing was a different thing. Why wouldn't I think all the information I needed was presented on the Shopify App Store? As far as the pricing... First page within the app that mentions inventory syncing says $29/month - gee, so I was supposed to research further to know that they really would charge me something else? Developer's choice then is to be argumentative and tell me I'm being unfair? Best practice is always transparency.

I use this app to export my reviews from Etsy. It's so simple to use, and I love the updates they have made over the last year.

This app used to work fabulously managing inventory across my Etsy and Shopify store when it was simpler and called Syncr. Since becoming Shuttle, this app has caused so many issues which have not been easily resolved. The new interface is extremely confusing - too many options. I have updated this review from a 1 star to 3 stars because the developer responded to me and it appears to be working currently (after several failed inventory moments which resulted in items being oversold)

We love this app because it automatically transfers our Etsy reviews to Yotpo & Shopify! We also use Shuttle to transfer our Etsy products to Shopify, and it's the best software available because of the tons of options to fine-tune the copied product listings! We also love the fast and helpful support!

This is a must-have app if you're also an Etsy seller. They keep adding new functionality and support is amazing if you have a question about anything.

I just installed this app and I am loving it! It easily transferred all my reviews from Etsy. I use to manually do it every few months or so but gave up. It was to time consuming to enter the info to a CVS file and upload it to my shop. Was easy to navigate, and only took about 5-10 mins to get my reviews in. I really liked how when you linked a one review to a product, it did it for all the reviews for that product. Most of them I did have to manually link, only because of how my shop was setup.
