Shuttle ‑ Sync with Etsy

Degraded service after update.

Feature-wise, this is the best Etsy-Shopify integration out there. A couple of caveats:
- Company customer service is based in India, so you can expect off-hours support or lag in responses.
- Etsy now doesn't let you add shipping addresses to orders, nor can you update orders as shipped in Etsy, so there are manual steps involved.
- Latest "native shopify" update is crazy laggy, sometimes interface doesn't load at all, and double-imported some orders.

I have always loved this app! I use it to transfer reviews and products from one platform to another. It saves so much time! I love that you can automate the tasks. Mapping reviews is super easy bc there is a photo of the item you are matching.

I am not one to ever take the time to write reviews but I just opened Shuttle today and the update has knocked my socks off!!! This is EXACTLY what I've been looking for to manage my inventory. I had given up and started having a program written for my shop that would accomodate my requirements. This is just incredible. The detail and new features are perfect! Hands down, the best app if you cross sell between platforms with a large catalog (I have over 3k Skus) this application is a MUST! *Hi-Five to the developers! Niceley done.

Just canceled my plan because the're advertising a feature that is missing. As of now it's not possible to import customers address from Etsy, while in their FAQ the're stating that this is a working feature for EU based shops. Wasted couple hours of my time. Maybe they will find the time to update their FAQ (5 minute job).

I’ve been using this app connected between my Shopify store and my Etsy store for over 2 years now. I have to say it has saved me many headaches and so much time from having to manually alter my stock levels between my two stores. I found it particularly helpful too when I was travelling that it quietly does it’s thing in the background without me having to worry if I am selling goods that may have sold out in one store and selling in the other store out of stock items. Customer service has always been very prompt and helpful in the few times I’ve required help, but luckily most of the time it just works efficiently as described. Thanks heaps Nimo for all your help. I highly recommend this app.

This is a really great app for transferring products from Shopify to Etsy and has been invaluable for my business in saving so much time. The automations that you can choose in settings goes a long way to save a lot of time with cool features like adding certain tags to every listing, adding things to the descriptions, the titles etc, and it saves a lot of faff over in Etsy to have to write that for every listing. I would recommend to anyone who is trying to get their products uploaded onto Etsy from their Shopify store.

Great App helping us to streamline management of both platforms. Time we save using this app we can spend on our customers and products instead. Also, fantastic and responsive support, so don't be shy to ask them any questions.
