Frustrating and unreliable. I wasted months trying to make Shuttle work for Shopify Etsy. The sync was messy, SKUs constantly broke, and the dashboard was confusing. Support wasn’t helpful and I felt stuck the whole time. Switched to LitCommerce and instantly made progress, wish I’d moved sooner.

I'm giving this app 2 stars. The customer service is practically non-existent—I've been reaching out for 6 days and still haven’t received a reply. Additionally, when importing products from Etsy, the app often fails to import them correctly, creating a separate listing instead. It also doesn’t import the cost per item, which is causing major issues for me. I’m now showing over 10k in sales but with no margin, which is making tax calculations a nightmare. I’m going to uninstall this app.

Hi! Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review! I wanted to let you know that I have replied to your message but haven't received a response from you. Could you please confirm if your Shopify email is correct?

Regarding the cost per item, unfortunately, since Etsy does not provide this information, Shuttle cannot transfer it to Shopify. We are unable to determine the cost per item. As for creating separate listings, this is usually resolved by a simple adjustment in the duplicate detection setting.

Good idea - BAD implementation.
Destroyed my ETSY shop. All I wanted is to copy ETSY to Shopify. now both not working. No way back, have to manually fix all items. BAD!!! and no reply from developer.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave this review! I'm sorry you've had such a bad experience with us, but please note that I have personally responded to each one of your messages. Also, as mentioned in my responses, your Etsy products were updated because you have ran Shuttle to update your Etsy products based on your Shopify products. I'm sad to read that after more than 2 years with us (and being grandfathered into the last 2 years), with thousands of reviews and products transferred (and updated), suddenly Shuttle is a bad implementation. I'll be more than happy to help, but for that, I'd love it if you could please respond to my responses. Thanks!
