Shuttle ‑ Sync with Etsy

Genuinely don't know where I'd be without this app! I was fixing stock between my two stores manually and it was such a pain! Then I found this app! But it works so much better than expected. Never had it mess up once. I can even adjust the stock on my Shopify and it will automatically update it on my Etsy without me having to do it. The one time I had a question they answered me quickly and professionally. Very happy with Shuttle!

A really great App, with even better support. Helps us a lot to sync our Etsy shop with our Shopify shop. It has become a lot new features and Nimo was always helpful and found a quick solution for us.

It works well, doesn't have problems, has tons of options, is easy to set up, saves me a TON of time, and makes it possible so I can have both an Etsy shop and a Shopify website. Highly recommend!

We have a fabric and notions business on Etsy and have been working on building up our website through Shopify. The complexity of inventory management for fabric-by-the-yardage required a lot of problem solving and constant adaptations both from business and operational aspects. Shuttle was a key addition to solving our syncing issue for variants that carry the same SKU. It also helps separate our unique offerings from the two selling platforms. It has been a huge learning curve and some bumps on the road but the support staff has been a godsend - shoutout to Nimo!

This was my first time syncing a Shopify store to Etsy, and I couldn't be more impressed with the Shuttle app.
For everything it does-from syncing orders and exporting reviews to transferring products-it's amazing how intuitive and streamlined the experience is.
I expected to spend hours digging through documentation (as is typical with complex apps), but with Shuttle, it honestly wasn't necessary. The app's flow and helpful tooltips made setup incredibly easy-even for a nontechnical store owner.
We've been using Shuttle for a couple of months now, and it has completely streamlined our business. We couldn't be happier with its performance!

I'm giving this app 2 stars. The customer service is practically non-existent—I've been reaching out for 6 days and still haven’t received a reply. Additionally, when importing products from Etsy, the app often fails to import them correctly, creating a separate listing instead. It also doesn’t import the cost per item, which is causing major issues for me. I’m now showing over 10k in sales but with no margin, which is making tax calculations a nightmare. I’m going to uninstall this app.

This app is great. I don't know why it was so difficult to find. It has lots of configurability to allow you to sync your inventory between Etsy and Shopify in the way you want it synced. Also it can sync reviews and orders which is fantastic.

The developer responds quickly and is always working to make the app better.

This is by far the best app for Shopify if you want to sync your store with Etsy. I’ve researched and tested almost all the available options, and none of them are as complete as Shuttle. It offers every feature and setting you need to fully synchronize your Shopify store with Etsy.

Beyond its powerful functionality, the customer support—especially from Nimo—is outstanding. He patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the setup process, making the syncing experience smooth and problem-free.

If you’re currently using another app, be assured—it’s not as complete or reliable as Shuttle.

Its simple, if you want an easy app to transfer your products from Etsy to Shopify you cant go wrong here. Super Easy to Use and Top Notch Customer Service! Shuttle is the only app I found that pulls Etsy reviews too. I am a total tech newb and working on our first website. I stumbled onto Shuttle and I am glad I did. Once all the setting are set its just a matter of clicking around. I transferred about 150 products and about 2800 reviews so far. I made a mistake that was no fault of Shuttle and Nimo greatly exceeded customer service expectations. Any issues just reach out and Nimo will get you straight!
