Shuttle ‑ Sync with Etsy

After trying other apps I found shuttle .. as an Etsy seller with over 5000 items I needed the right app to sync with a newly created shopify website .. I’m not super techy and needed help to guide me through and nimos help was invaluable whilst I got to grips with the system … it’s blooming brilliant once you have the shuttle set up to suit your business it just does it’s thing … the money I hope to save on some of my Etsy fees will more than cover the monthly cost. Before I downloaded this app, I tried to import Etsy reviews manually by downloading the export file from Etsy and uploading it to Shopify. But I kept running into errors and ultimately resigned myself to paying for the service. But honestly, I have NO regrets. The process was extremely simple and the interface is very user friendly. But the reason I give this 5 stars is the customer support. I ran into a problem where my imported reviews weren't automatically attaching to products, which would have required me to individually assign all 950+ reviews to products manually. (I found out later that this was because of how I imported products into Shopify before I downloaded the app. It was not Shuttle's fault.) I reached out to support to help me figure out the issue. They responded within a few hours, but instead of just telling me how to fix it, they took the initiative to solve the problem for me through the back end. So the issue was solved with no additional effort on my part, which was fantastic. Ultimately, I definitely recommend this app if importing reviews is giving you a headache.

I would give this app 10 stars if I could! I had put off listing all my products on my website (keeping them mostly on Etsy) because I was worried about the inventory updating. I wish I had known about Shuttle sooner! I was able to transfer all my products to Shopify easily. I love this app! Everything works seamlessly and effortlessly. I have had a few questions and Nemo has been right there with thorough and quick answers! I highly recommend Shuttle!

I absolutely LOVE the Shuttle App! It connects with my Etsy Shop perfectly. I am able to import all of my Etsy Reviews to display them on my Shopify store. I can even edit important details about how I want my reviews to be imported. I can also import Orders and/or Customers. There are even more features, but I don't use them all, but so far, everything has worked to perfection. The Customer Service from Nimo is absolutely the BEST! Do not hesitate to use this App!
