Using their services for the last 4 years and Shyplite has given us the flexibility to use multiple carriers without having to deal with all of them in terms of communications and escalations. Any requirement related to tech improvements or delivery partners is taken care of swiftly. Both the co-founders, Sugam and Parinay take a keen interest in resolving our requests and are always open to feedback. The support team is great. We have had an average of 96% of within TAT deliveries which is lauded by our customers time and again.

Using Shyplite since 2018, the support team is very responsive. The team is always there with a quick solution. Also, they have the best rates in the market.

Extremely simple and fully functional interface. Fantastic support. Very minimal discrepancy issues. Far better than Shiprocket. Been usingShyplite for some months now. Very satisfied. Rates are not the best always, however, we use it for close to 70% of our daily shipments.

They will provide you with a specific account manager which makes their Customer Support Excellent and manageable, quick response to any problem. Don't have to worry about logistics. One thing I really like about is they provide the customers with Tracking SMS updates! Too good
