Sidr ‑ Sales Tax Automation

Working with Sidr App has been great! This service is exactly what I was looking for. I love the reports and can see how many products were sold by each State. The support is Very good. My first retail tax payment was just made by Sidr and I didn't have to do it. Thank you Tongbo for getting that all wrapped up! Feels great.

I am a bookkeeper and needed something to help my client with her Shopify sales tax. I demoed quite a few of the other sales tax reporting software products and am so glad I went with Sidr. They have made processing past and current sales tax super easy and have saved my client a bunch of money. Tongbo and his team are very responsive and explain everything very clearly and promptly.

There needs to be an option for 10 stars! Our bookkeeping team decided to start using Sidr for a new client rather than a competitor that we are using for an older client, and it has been a world of a difference. First of all, the user interface is much more clean and less overwhelming than the competitor. This includes the means of populating reports should you be filing returns manually, but we decided to go with the automatic filing. Second, the costs are much more reasonable. Third, the tutorials and help articles are immaculate - it feels like they're reaching out and holding your hand personally to walk you through all steps of the infernal sales tax processes. Lastly, and most of all, the support we've received from Tongbo and Kevin from Sidr have been nothing short of magical. The patience, understanding, and ridiculously speedy communication we receive from them make dealing with sales tax matters feel like a walk in the park. We can't recommend Sidr enough!

So far we love Sidr. Registering in different states is really confusing and comes in staggered long timelines. Their chat and staff patiently guide you through. They're wonderful

As I worked to setup my sales tax account with SIDR, they were with me in the setup answering questions and making the setup very easy. We sell nationwide & their system tracks sales to all states & informed me as I reached states nexus. SIDR has filed three quarters for me on time, ensuring payments are made, my level of confidence in SIDR couldn't be higher not to mention my sales tax stress has ended as I am in capable hands with SIDR, couldn't recommend them more. If you are a store owner and are serious about staying sales tax compliant, then you really need to consider working with Sidr Tax. SUPERB service from Tongbo, Kevin and their team. So easy to work with. Great Chat Service. Very very responsive ( I don't think they ever sleep :) .....and most of all - their app is so easy to use , logical, clear and very user friendly. I cannot recommend Sidr Tax enough to other Shopify Store owners. So happy we found this great company!! Keep up the great work Tongbo and Kevin!!

Working with Sidr has been an amazing experience! From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful with setting everything up and getting my sales tax ID — they practically handled it all.
