I am very impressed with SIDR customer service. Tongbo was beyond helpful and even assisted with issues outside of application. Filing taxes is a complete headache and as a business owner, I am split and pulled in every direction. I've learned that this is a new company and I must say you all are off to a great start. This is a great sales tax app! In my opinion, it's better than Tax Jar. Tongbo is the developer and he is super helpful. I was down to the wire in filing my sales tax and couldn't access the information from my Shopify store. Shopify referred me to this app and Tongbo got me all of the information I needed quickly and very well organized. Highly recommend.
By far, SIdr Tax has the best support service among all that I have experienced. Tongbo was attentive in answering my questions and provided professional advice on my tax issues. He was so patient to deal with a newbie like me in this area of business. I was so pleased and would give a 10/10 rating for this brilliant service.
